Upon detection of prohibited conduct, phboss8 may immediately suspend or permanently close the offending Account, void all pending wagers, and forfeit any balances in accordance with applicable law. phboss8 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine authorities.
phboss8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In the event of account closure for cause under items (a) through (e) above, phboss8 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation and may ultimately forfeit that balance if illegal conduct is confirmed. In all other cases of account closure, verified Account balances (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable period.
All content on the phboss8 Platform — including but not limited to the phboss8 brand name, logo, trademarks, domain names, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and video — is the proprietary intellectual property of phboss8 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phboss8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
